Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase — no surprises at the end.

Typical shipping costs by order size:

  • Single panel (1–2 lbs): $6–$12
  • 6-pack (~7-8 lbs): $10–$16
  • Canopy or area light (heavier/larger): $18–$28

Contractor and bulk orders of 24+ units may be subject to freight shipping rates — contact us for a quote before ordering.

Delivery Estimates

  • New Jersey & Tri-State Area: 1–2 business days
  • Northeast & Mid-Atlantic: 2–3 business days
  • Rest of continental US: 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Sun Shine Lights LLC is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, volume surges, or other circumstances outside our control.

Carriers
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed and must be requested immediately by emailing contact@shopsunshineusa.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Sun Shine Lights LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact the carrier directly and email us at contact@shopsunshineusa.com — we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopsunshineusa.com. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Contractor & Bulk Orders
Orders of 10+ units may ship via freight (LTL) depending on size and weight. Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. Contact us at contact@shopsunshineusa.com or (732) 351-6548 for bulk shipping quotes before placing large orders.
